From recessed downlights to high bays and landscape lighting, we stock and source commercial, industrial, and residential lighting from the industry's top manufacturers — at contractor wholesale pricing.
More than twenty lighting lines, covering everything from a single remodel can to a full commercial fixture schedule. If you can find the part number, we can quote it.
Most lighting orders fall into one of these. Find yours, then send us the numbers.
New-construction and remodel housings, canless integrated downlights, trims, baffles and retrofit modules for cans already in the ceiling. The single biggest category we quote.
Nora & ELCO →High bays and low bays, wall packs, area and flood lighting, vapor-tight utility fixtures, panel lights and troffers. Send the fixture schedule and we'll price the package.
Westgate →LED lamps by the case in matched colour temperature, LED tubes — bypass, ballast-compatible and hybrid — plus ballasts, drivers and retrofit kits for existing fixtures.
Satco →Forward phase, reverse phase/ELV and 0–10V controls, occupancy and vacancy sensors, timers and smart controls from Lutron, Leviton, Enerlites and Intermatic.
Lutron →Most lighting callbacks trace back to one of these, and all three are cheaper to sort out at the counter than on a ladder.
Two fixtures at the same nominal CCT from different manufacturers can still read differently in the same ceiling. Buy the whole room — ideally the whole floor — from one line and one batch where you can.
Forward phase, reverse phase/ELV and 0–10V are not interchangeable. Flicker, buzz and a fixture that won't go dark at the bottom of the range are usually a mismatch, not a defect. Tell us the driver and we'll match the control.
Residential work here generally needs dimming or vacancy-sensor control in most habitable rooms, and recessed downlights have their own listing and sealing requirements. Our Title 24 guide covers it in plain English.
Electrical contractors buying a fixture package. General contractors who need one supplier for the whole job. Interior designers working from a fixture schedule. Homeowners doing one room properly.
Everyone gets wholesale pricing — we're a distributor, not a showroom with a markup. And we open at 6:00am, so material can be on the truck before the crew starts.
A parts list, a fixture schedule, a plan sheet, or a photo of the label on the old fixture. Any of it works.
The whole list at once, with notes on anything discontinued and an equivalent where we can offer one.
Or ask about getting it out to the job site.
Catalog numbers, a fixture schedule, or a photo of the old label. Whatever you have.
