Satco Lamps & LED

Lamps by the case, LED retrofits, ballast bypass tubes and a broad fixture catalog. The line for relamping a building in one order.

The line

For Relamping, Not Just Replacing

Satco is the line we quote when someone is relamping a whole property rather than swapping one bulb — an apartment building, an office floor, a restaurant. Lamps by the case, in matched color temperature, so the building does not end up with three different whites in the same ceiling.

They also carry the LED tube and retrofit products that matter when you are dealing with existing fluorescent fixtures: ballast-compatible, ballast-bypass and hybrid types are all different animals, and picking the wrong one means rework.

What we handle

What We Quote From Satco

Match on lumens and color temperature, not on old wattage — "60-watt equivalent" means different things to different manufacturers. Tell us the lamp count, the base and the CCT you want and we will quote the case pricing.

Buying it here

Buy Them All the Same, Once

The reason to buy lamps at a supply house instead of a big box is consistency: the same CCT and the same manufacturer across every fixture in the building, in one order, at case pricing.

If you are converting fluorescent tubes to LED, tell us whether you are keeping or removing the ballast. That single answer changes which tube you need.

01

Send the part numbers

Pull them off the Satco catalog, a spec sheet, a plan, or a photo of the old label. Whatever you have.

02

We quote it the same day

Whole list at once, at wholesale pricing — not one line at a time.

03

Pick it up on Sherman Way

Or ask us about getting it out to the job. We open at 6am, so you can have it before the crew starts.

Common questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I buy Satco lamps by the case?
Yes — case quantities are the normal way property managers and contractors buy them here.
Which LED tube do I need for my existing fixtures?
It depends on whether you are keeping the ballast. Ballast-compatible tubes run on the existing ballast, bypass tubes need the ballast removed and the sockets rewired, and hybrids can do either. Tell us which way you are going.
How do I match the brightness of an old incandescent?
Compare lumens rather than watts. Tell us the old lamp and we will find the LED that matches its output, and the color temperature you want.
Do you carry Satco fixtures as well as lamps?
Yes — utility, vapor-tight, downlight and emergency products are all in the catalog we quote from.
