Most dimming complaints are not defective parts. They are a mismatch: a forward-phase dimmer on a driver that wants reverse phase, a load below the dimmer's minimum, or too many drivers on one control. The fixture flickers, buzzes, drops out at the bottom of the range, or will not turn off completely.
Lutron publishes compatibility data for their controls, and we would rather work that out with you before you buy than have you back at the counter with a callback. Tell us the fixture and driver you are using and we will point you at a control that works with it.

A dimmer quote is only useful if it accounts for what it is dimming. Send the fixture model and the driver type along with how many are on the circuit, and the control we quote will actually work when it is wired.
